HOW TO ORDER WITH NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT

The follow are further instructions on how to place your order without having to obtain a PayPal account:

1) Click the appropriate button to place your order for Exquisite at http://www.malcolmmcnab.com/khr.html

2) When the PayPal page shows on your screen with your CD, you can make adjustments there as to the quantity of CD's you would like to purchase, and click the "update" button. If there are no further adjustments, then ....

3) Scroll down on that same page, below the area "PayPal checkout" until you see is a link stating "Don't have a PayPal account? Click here " -- click on that link.

4) It then goes to a page, where you fill out your billing information and your CC information. Fill out that page fully as requested, including your CC info and your shipping information and then click to continue.

5) It will then show you your totals and ask you to confirm your information. Then click the button that says, "PAY" at the bottom.

6) A confirmation receipt will then show up on your screen. There it will ask you if you would like to continue set up an account, but you can deny that request and don't need to - your order will be processed via your CC without setting up a PayPal account...You can then click to go out of the pay-pal web site.

OTHER TROUBLE-SHOOTING HELP

Q: I keep getting an error that states I haven't filled out the forms properly. What do I do?

A: Be sure to double-check your CC information carefully and that you have selected the corrtect type of Credit Card that matches your number and that you also entered the special number on the back of your card. For example - If you enter a Visa number and did not select "VISA" it will give you an error.

Q: I keep receiving an error that stating, "Some required information is missing or incomplete. Please correct your entries and try again.
Security Measure: Please type the characters you see into the field. "

A: PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE USING AN INTERNET EXPLORER (IE) BROWSER, There is a bug with the security feature on Paypal.com on some versions of IE browsers. Unfortunately this is something that we've brought to Paypal's attention, but they haven't yet resolved. It is recommended that you use the browser Firefox for the form. If you do not have a FireFox Browser, you may download one for free by clicking here or going to: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/.

If you still have problems with the feature, there is a help button next to the allotted space on the form. Please note that the letters have to be typed in exactly as it appears, and it is case sensitive. If you cannot read the letters, click the Help button, next to the field. There a page will pop-up and you will be able to download a sound wave of the letter that you can type into the appropriate space.

Q: My page keeps telling me that "I've timed-out" and makes me re-do the order again.

A: Please be sure to follow the instructions above and depending on your browsers security settings, you may need to fill out the form in a timely manner. Please be sure that you fill out the form completely and double-check to make sure that your credit card type matches your credit card number.
